Our History |
Founded on April 19, 1924, the Alpha Rho Chi Dinocrates chapter at The University of Texas at Austin was named for Dinocrates of Macedonia, fourth century B.C. architect. Dinocrates' most acclaimed works include building the foundations of and planning the great city of Alexandria for Alexander the Great.
The Dinocrates chapter was rechartered in 2005 after a period of dormancy. Here at The University of Texas at Austin, we are centered around professional, philanthropic, and social aims that are beneficial for the members of our fraternity, and provide opportunities for leadership, mentorship, networking, and much more. |
